 60-ton Truck Dump Bin and Crushing Station

Description:

The Daniels Company in coordination with the aggregate producer installed a 60-ton truck dump bin. The owner supplied the major process equipment listed below:

• vibrating grizzly feeder
• C125 jaw crusher

The owner also provided and installed the retaining wall and all electrical services.  The concrete, structural steel, and platework was designed, fabricated, and installed by the Daniels Company.  The conveyors were supplied complete by the Daniels Company and were standardized to minimize the required onsite spare parts. In addition, the existing rock breaker was relocated to the new crusher by Daniels.
